Where is my Order?  You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our location which will contain your tracking number.

What payment option do you accept?  We accept all major credit cards, Amazon Pay and PayPal.  Please be sure your billing and shipping address match your card to avoid delays.

When will my order be processed?  Orders placed on weekdays will be processed within one business and orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day. Yes we ship worldwide.

Can I exchange an item?  No, Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item we will issue you store credit that can be used towards your next purchase on website at anytime.

How long will it take to receive a store credit? Once we receive your return, we will process the return within 7-10 business days. Once your return has been processed and your store credit issued, you will receive a store credit code via email address which you provided at the time of your purchase.

Can I cancel my order? No, Once an order has been placed, we are unable cancel it.
