Universal Hotties Return Guideline

Universal Hottie does not offer refunds or exchanges. If an item is returned, store credit will be issued for the purchase amount. 

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged  will not receive full purchase price credit. 

Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused. 

A tracking number for the returned package Must be submitted by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Universal Hottie.

Any returned items that do not meet our requirements will be discarded  upon receipt.

Please not you are responsible for all return shipping cost.
